CHOOSING YOUR OUTFITTER
In June 2007 the Nahanni River's first river outfitting company moved their outfitting base from Fort Simpson to Lindberg Landing. The move cut our Nahanni River trip participants FUEL consumption in half. The information we have collected from the operations managers of the available commercial airlines tells us that our Nahanni River trip participant's consumption is now below 150 liters per person, down from 300 liters. In addition for people flying North through Edmonton the single flight to Fort Nelson and our shuttle to Lindberg Landing will save you over $500 compared to the two flights it takes to travel via Yellowknife to Fort Simpson...
