How To
Register: To reserve space on one of our trips,
return the completed 'Trip Registration
Form' with your
20% deposit to Nahanni Wilderness Adventures Ltd.
Carefully read our booking conditions and 'Notice and
Release' information. This form must be signed and
witnessed to validate the reservation. A separate
form is required for each
participant.
Gratuities:
Not included. Our Guides make every effort to ensure
your holiday is all you expected and more. Recognition
of a job well done is always appreciated.
Cancelation Policy:
Cancellations 60 days or more prior to departure - full
refund less $200 administration fee. Cancellation 59-30
days prior to departure - 75% refund. Cancellation 29-15
days prior to departure - 50% refund. Cancellation 14
days or less - no refund.
In all cases, a full refund less the $200
administration fee will be made if you find a suitable
replacement. The above rates are based upon the date we
receive your cancellation notice in writing, and apply
to that total trip fee. Nahanni Wilderness Adventures
reserves the right if registration is insufficient (four
people or less) to cancel the trip. In this event, we will offer either a
credit towards another trip, or a full refund, should
you prefer.
