  • How To Register: To reserve space on one of our trips, return the completed 'Trip Registration Form' with your 20% deposit to Nahanni Wilderness Adventures Ltd. Carefully read our booking conditions and 'Notice and Release' information. This form must been signed and witnessed to validate  the reservation. A separate form is required for each participant.
    Gratuities: Not included. Our Guides make every effort to ensure your holiday is all you expected and more. Recognition of a job well done is always appreciated.
    Discounts
  • If you pay by cheque or direct deposit deduct 2% of your trip fee.
  • If you pay in full at the time of registration, and book 60 days prior to trip departure - receive a $50 discount.
  • For a canoe trip applicants we are pleased to offer a $25 rebate for completing a moving waters skills workshop prior to your trip.
  • If you provide your own free-standing tent with fly - deduct $20 per person from the final payment.
  • If you are canoeing and provide your own wetsuit, deduct $15 per person from the final payment.
  • A 10% discount is available for children 15 years of age and younger.
  • Cancelation Policy: Cancellations 60 days or more prior to departure - full refund less $100 administration fee. Cancellation 59-30 days prior to departure - 75% refund. Cancellation 29-15 days prior to departure - 50% refund. Cancellation 14 days or less - no refund.
  • In all cases, a full refund less the $100 administration fee will be made if you find a suitable replacement. The above rates are based upon the date we receive your cancellation notice in writing, and apply to that total trip fee. Nahanni Wilderness Adventures reserves the right to cancel a trip up to 14 days prior to departure if registration is insufficient (four people or less). In this event, we will offer either a credit towards another trip, or a full refund, should you prefer.
